Is it safe to use the lift to its limit of 9000lb lifting capacity? I have a 2017, f350 crewcab dually 4x4 diesel that weighs almost 8900lbs with full tank and extra tank in the bed. Would this lift be capable of lifting this truck safely?

You CAN NOT more the lift with a car lifted up like the other answer says. The ramps lowered down activate the casters for rolling. I guess you could move it with the car still on the ramps but it would me much harder to push with the added weight

Can this lift in the down position, with caster kit, be moved while a car is on it ?

According to the description posted on the HD-9 page through Eastwood, the caster kit can be used to move the lift while the car is on the lift. Not all the HD-9 lifts include this information in the description; so, if the published information is wrong, then please forgive my answer. I don't know why that information would be posted on the lift's page and not here.

My garage has 3 bays that the lift can be moved into. The casters will do this, but, I am limited to 8'2" clearance under a beam between stalls. Ceiling height not an issue. This particular lift is 8.33 feet tall without casters. Do you offer the 9 XL?
