The Eastwood Service Plan (ESP) covers repairs or replacement for up to 1 or 2 years beyond the manufacturer's warranty!
Our Eastwood Service Plan (ESP) provides 1 or 2 years of product protection for eligible products. Your ESP coverage begins when the limited manufacturer's warranty expires. The ESP provides protection against mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use.
WHAT'S COVERED?

• Power supply failures.
• Failures from normal wear & tear.
• Motor failure.
REPLACEMENT PLAN
for Products Under $300
• Quick and Easy: In-store, one-time replacement on covered failures.
• If the product fails during the ESP's coverage, it will be replaced with a new product of equal or similar features, capacity and/or efficiency and functionality.
REPAIR PLAN
for Products Over $300
• Protects against the cost of unexpected, covered failures.
• Conveniently located service centers.
• If the covered product fails and is unabled to be repaired, your product will be replaced with a new product of equal or similar features, capacity and/or efficiency and functionality.
Visit any Eastwood Retail Store, give a Project Advisor a call, or visit eastwood.com to purchase an available plan when you purchase the product. If you have already purchased the product and want to add an ESP, you can purchase a plan within 30 days of the product purchase.
