Instructions & Guides
1) Place 3 Pronged Cast Base on floor. 2) Loosen set-screws in base. 3) Insert Pipe into hole in Base and tighten set-screws. 4) Loosen set-screws in the receptacle of the Top Plate. 5) Place Top Plate over Pipe and tighten set-screws. 6) It is done and ready for use!
Base and platform are cast iron, connected by a steel post. Stand must be bolted to the floor. Some drilling may be required. 3-legged base is 18" in diameter.

Stable base for Buffer machineThis is great to have with the 1/2 HP buffing machine I purchased. Easy to mount the buffer on top - rubber feet provide firm stability of the motor. I mounted the feet on a large flat piece of wooden boarding - which I stand on as well, so the device won;t move. This avoided drilling into the concrete garage floor.

Perfect match to the 1hp buffing machineI use this with the 1hp buffing machine and the two items make a great pair. Easy to assemble and it is plenty sturdy. With the buffing machine, their is no need to bolt it to the floor, it is stable enough as is and does not move around.
