Good tool
Works really well. Purchased a cheap one (flange tool) local did not work, got it replaced, that one didn’t work. This pistol grip, feels good in my hand and works extremely well.

Is there any adjustment? I need a tool that will flange .0625 aluminum. If not is there a tool that will?
There is no adjustment on this tool. .0625 would be the maximum for this tool but it will be a tight fit.

Can this tool make curve flanges? Will it also put flanges in a square cut out hole in a body panel to place a peace of metal with body bond?
Yes this can be used to make curved flanges because of its swivel head design.
