Increase the capabilities of your bead roller with these radius edge Dies. Create a radius on both straight and curved edges.
The Eastwood Radius Edge Die Set Features:
- Fits most bead rollers with a 22mm shaft
- Includes 4 Sets to create Radius Edges from 5/16" to 1-1/2"
- Dies are machined out of CR12 steel with a 35 HRC hardness
The Eastwood Radius Edge Dies can produce smooth, even, large-radius edges in steel and aluminum. Fits Eastwood #21487, #32044, 28187, and #21327 Bead Rollers and other units with 22mm shafts.

Pinch Hazard. Keep fingers away from moving parts when operating. Wear appropriate work gloves and protective clothing. Sheet metal will often have sharp edges which can cause cuts to hands and arms. Wear appropriate eye protection. Metal chips can be ejected during the bending process.

ive ordered a lot of different products and tools from eastwood and its always been good quality stuff and usually get it shipped to me in 2 days, most things i get from them are from shows and swap meets where there set up so i can test things out first and sometimes get a deal! but needed these dies the next weekend so i couldnt wait... so i ordered them online and after waiting over a week i called and told them what was going on a very friendly lady looked into it and told me it had not left there warehouse yet (i get it things happen) fast forward i get the dies and there missing the set screws, so i called back and got interrogated by a lady who was obviously having a bad day and told me she'd she what she can do and hung up on me i called back and asked for tech support so i wouldnt get her again and they are now mailing me the set screws thanks eastwood and yes i looked under the big die i looked under everything.

Can these dies be used on a 3mm stainless steel plate?
These are not recommended to that thick of material.

will these dies work on mittler brothers electric bead roller
This will fit on any roller with a 22mm shaft.

What’s the maximum thickness recommended to use with these dies (mm) for stainless steel.
That will be up to the bead roller these will be used with. They are CR12 steel with a 35 HRC hardness and should withstand the bead rollers max thickness

Can I get elbow making dies for all or any of your turning machings?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any alternate dies for these units at this current time. We will be sure to mention the interest to the Product Manager in hopes of having some options in the future.

What’s the maximum thickness recommended to use with these dies?
The maximum thickness these dies will work with depends more so on the machine they are being used with- not the dies themselves. For most of the machine we sell we recommend a maximum of 20 gauge stainless steel, 18 gauge mild steel and 16 gauge aluminum

We currently do not have plans to make this for the electric bead roller.
