How long after this is applied should the vehicle be safe to drive (expose to the elements) and potentially get wet?
Trying to figure out how much time I have to give this after painting.
and how long should I wait before buffing/waxing?

Apply the Eastwood Single Stage Urethane Topcoat in two to three medium wet coats to achieve full coverage.
Allow 5 - 10 min. of flash time between coats.
If attempting to set or even out a metallic pattern, a light final coat may be fogged on
immediately after the previous wet coat has been applied.
If applying pearl or metallic colors, having a base of uniform color will make it easier
to achieve full coverage and a uniform appearance. If not, these colors may require
additional coats for full coverage.
If attempting to set or even out a metallic pattern, a light drop coat may be applied
directly after the final wet coat. It is recommended to increase air pressure and gun
offset from the panel, misting the basecoat onto the wet film in even passes until a
uniform finish is achieved.
You may optionally clearcoat with any of Eastwood’s clear coats after the final coat
has flashed, but before 18 hours have passed.
After 18 hours the surface must be
abraded with 400 - 600 grit before clear coating.
Flash-off Time 5 - 10 min. at 20°C (68°F).
Dry Times 15 - 20 min. at 20°C (68°F).
Can be taped after 8 hours.
Wait 12 hours to polish.
Wait 18 hours to handle.
If recoating after 18 hours, first the surface must be abraded.
