Can this be applied over the EW 2k Epoxy primer 14194Z? Also can I top the filler with EW 2k High Build Urethane Primer 14794Z?

Yes this can be applied over top of our Epoxy primer and top coated with our Urethane Primer Surfacer.

i'm going to be doing some surface rust repair about the size of a nickle on a fender. Just making sure this will do the trick.
