Gets into pits and slightly irregular surfaces. Great for cleaning the edges of body panels. Works great with your electric drill, too (#13064 drill mandrel is required). Max. speed: 5,000 rpm. Larger work area than typical 4" dia. wheels with 50% more abrasive material.
