Ordering Online
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
- You cannot cancel your submitted order through our website. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-544-5118 between 8:30 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Have your order number ready to expedite your request. You can also e-mail your request to Customer Service at orderhelp@eastwood.com; include your Order Number and daytime telephone number.
 
Do I have to pay sales tax?
- Orders shipping to Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax.
Canadian orders will be charged the appropriate provincial tax.
 
How do I check the status of my web order?
- Click the My Account button at the top right hand corner of the page. Then, simply enter your email address and the password and click on the Sign In button.

If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address and click on the Forgot your Password? button.

To check your order status without an account, enter your order number and zip code here.

 
What do I do if I forget my password?
- Click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on the I Forgot My Password feature.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
- Eastwood is proud to accept a variety of payment methods. These include:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (U.S. or International)

Exchanges and Returns
How can I return an item?
- To return and item please call customer service and they will give you a return authorization number to include with your package.

How do I exchange one product for another?
- Please call customer service at 1-800-544-5118 between 9AM and 5PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Customer service will give you a return authorization number and process the exchange.
 
What do I do if I receive a damaged package?
- Please call customer service as soon as possible after receipt of the damaged package. Our customer service department can be reached at 1-800-544-5118 from 9AM to 5PM Eastern time Monday through Friday.
 
Shipping
What shipping methods do you offer?
- You may choose from: Standard USPS, UPS Ground, UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS 3rd Day. Orders containing hazardous items ending in Z or ZP can only be shipped via UPS Ground (Lower 48 United States) or Purolator (Canada).

For international shipping please call Customer Service at 1-800-544-5118, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. They will supply a shipping quote for the available ship methods.

My Account Information
How do I use the wish list feature?
- Use Wish Lists to create and maintain lists of the items you'd like to receive, and then email them to your friends and family. Click on My Account located at the top right hand corner of your screen. Sign In or Register if you are a new customer. Click on Wish List. You can change the name and/or settings for each list. When you are done making changes, click the Save Changes button.
 
What if I forget my password?
- Click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on the I Forgot My Password feature.
 
What if I forgot the email address I used?
- If you've forgotten which email address you registered with, or if you receive an error message that says "Your email address was not found in our database" please email us at orderhelp@eastwood.com. Be sure to include any error message you are seeing, as well as your email address and order number, if applicable.

Please Note: If you've registered to receive our weekly emails, but are getting the "Your email address is not in our database" error, you will need to register as a New Customer at the Eastwood website to place an order.
