All it needs is air and you are ready to go. Thickness matters. If used correctly, it cuts Sheetmetal really well.

perfect fit
Just got this set & it fit my CH nibbler perfectly. CH had discontinued parts for my nibbler, so I tried this one from Eastwood & it was identical to mine. I didn't need to buy a complete nibbler thanks to Eastwood

I got this on sale a few months ago and have used it a few times now. It has work great for me on flat aluminum 1/16 – 1/8 just up the air pressure and off you go cutting the thicker stuff. It came with an extra cutter for the nose which is nice.
I got it on free shipping deal and East wood gave me back my shipping when I pointed out that the web on free shipping did not work.
All in all it will work good for my application.

This tool cuts up to 18-ga. steel, tin, aluminum, plastic.

Will this do a good job cutting out my floor tool an in 82 CJ. Or do you have something better.

I have had an Eastwood air nibbler for many years and am in need of a new die set. My tool looks very similar to the new one pictred in the catalog but the die set looks quite different. Would a new die set work in my very old tool?
The new are not compatible with the older Nibbler units we used to sell.

is the cutting head rotatable?
The cutting head is affixed for precision and does not rotate.

I do high end cooper work. Do you need to put oil in the gun before you use it? I have a nibbler that I do have to put oil in it and it sprays out on to the cooper. Please reply Zack
