The first step of this kit is to convert the rust into an inert, paintable, surface using Eastwood's Rust Converter (#12559). Next coat the entire surface with Rust Encapsulator to ensure the rust does not return. And finally, top coat with Extreme Chassis Black in your choice of satin or gloss finish.
