Cannot do the job

Price Value Quality Bought this to bend 3/16 alu tube to 180 degree.
The bend never got pass 90 degrees. I tried a bigger size and the same problem happened.
The groove on the bender is over size, so it does not prevent wrinkles on the under side of he tube. And since the handle of the bender does not fit the tube nicely, the tube will collapse easily. Furthermore, the actual product is different from the picture on the website -

Price Value Quality Used this tool, with other brake bending tools, and by FAR this is superior to other leverage tools in bending brake tubing. Take your time, and you will get tight, quality bends with no kinks!

Price Value Quality I called customer service twice the day after I bought the tubing bender trying to get the sale price with no luck. My satisfaction was NOT 100% guaranteed. The tubing bender itself is just what I needed and will be able to handle my projects. I really like how tightly its riveted together. I feel the bender is top notch. I just paid too much for it.
