Triple Head 180 degree Tubing Bender 3/16-3/8 in is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from too sloppy clamp for small tube I bought this bender specifically to bend 3/16 dia. tube as advertised. I have a bender for the 1/4"-3/8" tube already. When it arrived I saw that it had only 3 tracks. You are expected to bend the 3/16 tube in the 1/4" track. I found that when you started bending, because of the oversize slot, once you passed 90 degrees the tube would slip and then it would kink.I have bent may tubes before and you need a bender that holds the tube secure while bending. I am sorry to say, this one does not. I sent it back. It should not be advertised as a 4 tube size bender. It simply does not bend the small tube . It is a shame because I bought many tools from Eastwwod and this is the first one that disapointed me

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cannot do the job Bought this to bend 3/16 alu tube to 180 degree. The bend never got pass 90 degrees. I tried a bigger size and the same problem happened. The groove on the bender is over size, so it does not prevent wrinkles on the under side of he tube. And since the handle of the bender does not fit the tube nicely, the tube will collapse easily. Furthermore, the actual product is different from the picture on the website

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too bulky and awkward This is definitely only for workbench bending. Can not fit into small or tight places. Could never get it to bend to 180 degrees without kinking the line. I can hand bend much quicker.

I am trying to bend 5/16 stainless steel transmission lines i have tryed benders from Harbor Fright and the tool just bends not the tubeing  (exageration). Will these  benders hold up to this project?

Asked by: David Thom
These have been tested to hold up with stainless. Confidently I will say yes, you will have no issues.
