Awesome and great quality, i been using since it arrive to my garage and is worth to have it less mess around the garage, only thing i would recommend to add light and the cover to open up more .

I Wish I Would Have Bought This Sooner
I needed a place to wash automotive engine parts, for a valve job. Normally, I would just use a can of brake cleaner. I ended up having a bad headache the next day after using a whole can of break cleaner.
So, I looked into other ways I could clean automotive parts, while being environmentally friendly. I came across this Eastwood Parts washer. (I wish I would have invested in this a long time ago) The build quality, powder coating finish, look and functionality is top notch. It's nice being able to have a dedicated place to clean parts. (What a time saver) This Parts Washer has a nice size wide and deep tub. You can use a minimum of seven gallons of cleaning solution, for the pump to work. The flexible metal nozzle is easy to move around. The Flow Through Brush works really well. Most parts I can clean with just this brush. The small parts tray is a nice size and I like the sliding tray.
I built a dolly to attach my Parts Washer to. Added a heater to reheat the cleaning solution. Put a weather seal on the lid, to prevent the fluid from coming out when I move the Parts Washer around.
Great product Eastwood.

I love it .
I bought this parts washer about 3 months ago . And now that have up . It works great . It does what it was ment to do I love the flow of washer fluid . It makes cleaning parts alot easier .

Great little washer
I’ll try to keep this short because I could go long. Order process went well arrived on time and in good shape. Could have bought this washer several places for cheaper but wanted the blue and was not disappointed, powder coating actually looks thicker than some of the others I’ve seen, too much red in my garage with tool boxes already so the blue works for me. I didn’t even put it together before I modified it so Eastwood my not like this review but it has nothing to do with the unit, the washer is fine if you plan to use as manufactured but I plan to use real solvent in mine which means the pump has to go as it’s water base cleaners only. I won’t go into specifics but I replaced the pump with a petroleum safe one as well as installed an external filter setup with ball valve to adjust the flow. Since I had the fluid flowing externally I plumbed the nozzle back in at the rear of the unit pointing toward the front. Makes it easier to close the lid. I also replaced the drain plug with an engine drain valve I found online. Yeah I modified mine but the truth is I started with a descent unit so yes I would definitely recommend this washer.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
Solid construction, metal of good size, excellent design and quality of the painting. In addition to the comment of drainage, in my case, the flexible gooseneck tube is very rigid at the plastic pump connection zone, so I had to place a clamp against the housing of the pump to avoid the plastic connection break.

I have a 20gal parts washer. Unknown brand but looks exactly like the Eastwood 20gal one. Will this pump work in that washer of the same style?

How should this be cleaned for long term storage? Specifically, the tub area and pump.
Do a normal filter/trap cleaning, hand clean the tub, install new solvent and drain the solvent back out after running for 15 minutes. Store the solvent in an approved container for when the unit is put back into service.

does anyone know if the legs are removable or are they welded on?
You have to connect the legs, using the supplied bolts and nuts. You can use this without the legs though, as a desktop unit. Only issue would be accessing the drain plug.

Can Mineral Spirits be used in the tank? I'm not worried as much about the pump as i am about the powder coating coming off.
You can not. This is for water based solutions only.

hello, is there a way to order extra filter pads for this item?
Unfortunately we do not sell these filters separately. We recommend cutting the Eastwood Contour Non-Woven Course Hand pads(15177) to the desired size of 4" X 4" and then slide it into the pump box cover. It will be cleanable and re-usable.

This is part of the lid support strut and is not replaceable.
