Does this replace the entire bed floor?
Yes! According to the manufacturer the bed floor 59" L x 5"W x 30" H. It weighs 1500lbs. You are getting the entire bed floor.

This Panel will not fit your El Camino. Length and Width are both different, as well as the profile.
