Description
Eastwood Holographic Flakes come in a variety of awesome colors and effects. Our holographic flakes are .008 inch in size. Customize your project and create different looks using different color bases, Candeez and clears. Eastwood flakes are compatible with Eastwood Elastiwrap, Eastwood Candeez, urethane clears, as well as basecoats and single stage urethanes. Packaged in 50 gram jars. Recommended add, 50 grams per gallon.

Blue Flakes over Blue Paint.
The flakes look like nothing at night but in the sun and at just the right angle, it looks like a bass boat. This picture is in strong sun so you can see how the angle has to be just right to see the effect. The flakes are in the clear coat and it is over Eastwood's Burnout Blue Metallic 2K paint. It looks amazing when the car is moving or if walking past it. The flakes are a bit thick so I only used them on the first coat of clear (one teaspoon of flakes per 8 ounces of clear) and then put two more clear coats on top with no flakes.

Great color easy to use
I use this in the clear powder coat looks amazing not quite as smooth of a finish as I like with a single clearcoat That is the only reason I gave it a four out of five stars other than that it was great if you're looking to add a custom sparkle to a project I highly recommend pictures do not do justice

Which tip is recommended for my concourse LT to spray your sigle stage paints with this flake? 1.5, 1.7???
The 1.3 or 1.5 tip would spray this just fine.
