Description
Punch and flare a 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 or a 2.5 inch hole without a press. All that is needed to create a hole and flare is a 1/2 inch pilot hole and a 3/4 inch wrench . An easy process that can be done on a vehicle, on the work bench or on the job site.

Quality tools
Great product. Be careful not to over torque. I bought the 1" and the 1.5". Knocked out over 80 holes before the threads started giving up. Once flush you need to stop torqueing. I replaced the bolts w/ grade 8 bolts to finish the project and they worked fine w/o over torqueing. Will continue buying Eastwood tools.

Once flared, what is the final internal diameter ? I'm looking for a 2.00'' ID once flared.
20530 punches 1 inch ID hole: Total size with flare :1.65"
20355 punches 1.5 inch ID hole: Total size with flare 2.25"
20331 punches 2 inch ID hole: Total size with flare 2.6"
20332 punches 2.5 inch ID hole: Total size with flare 3.15"

Can this be used to punch an unflared hole? i.e., just a plain 2.5" hole for an A/C vent
It will not. This will punch and flare all at once, not one option than the other. Sorry for the confusion!
