Plastifix can be used by sprinkling the powder onto repair or joint mating area and wetting with the Plastifix liquid until the powder is saturated. Plastifix can also be applied using the needle method. To use this method place a small amount of powder in the included plastic cup, place a small amount of Plastifix liquid in the small applicator bottle and affix the needle. Place a drop of Plastifix liquid on the powder and transfer to the repair area, repeating as necessary to fill the repair. Use the molding bar with one of the above techniques to fabricate missing sections. Use in a well ventilated area.
Not for use on Polypropylene or Polyethylene. Of the 3 different Plastifix kits we sell, black is the strongest, white is the second strongest, Clear is the weakest but works well for lens repair.
