Perfect minus the plug!
My original hose started leaking right where it comes out of the machine due to stress and use. I tried to repair the hose but ended up blocking all gas flow. This hose fixed my problem and I reinforced the bend out of the machine so this doesn't happen again. It even comes with new porcelin gas lens and collets! Thanks eastwood. this welder is amazing. The only issue I had was the plug for the switch has been changed. I just spliced in my old plug.

Replacement for original - make sure it is correct
I ordered this, was supposed to fit my TIG200. At some time the machine and torch assembly changed from a 2-pin in a metal connector to a 2-pin in a 4-pin plastic connector. You might want to call tech support before you order to make sure you get the right one for your unit and save downtime with an exchange.

Hose needs a 90degree end or an anti bend feature.
This will now be the second hose I had to buy. The hose breaks at the connection at the machine. Hose either needs to be a better quality or an anti bend feature needs to be added. A 90 degree fitting would help.

torch hose/connector broken
This is then only downfall of this unit. need to make a guard on my cart as hose lead sticks way out! Do you sell a 90 degree adaptor for this hose as it would solve many problems. While your at it make a 20-25 ft hose lead so you can get to your work with out holding in your lap.

Is this a 2, 3, pin plug?
This torch/switch assembly is our plastic plug which as 4 pin locations in which only 2 are used.

What kind of warranty is offered on the hose for this torch. I literally have about 2 hrs total time on my machine and the hose broke just below the torch handle. I have had the machine a few years though.
These would be covered by our 3 year welder warranty.
