Bead roller dies. Have several sets. Want more.
This product performed as expected. I am relatively new at using your bead roller dies, but have liked what they can do. If I only had more time to play with them. I have several projects in the making.

Are these dies hardened steel? or do they just have a Black oxide finish? wondering if they can be drilled out to fit a 1" shaft
These are made of 1045 Steel hardened to 15 - 25 HRC and with a black oxide finish. They may be challenging to bore to 1" without a lathe or a stout mill/drill setup.

What is the thickness of the roller?
These dies are 1.5" wide.

What is the diameter of these dies? My dies are 3in + - with 22 mm shaft
This should fit mostly any unit that has a 22mm shaft size.

I have central machine bead roller will your dies work. One of my shafts have a flat spot . they are 22 mm
As long as the O.D. of the shafts where you intend to install the dies, you will be fine. Flat spot should not be an issue.

Whats the outcome of your flange bead roller dies look like?
