Yes it is safe to use Berkebile PFC Aerosol Rust Protectant(16188Z) on the wax coated frame of your of your Full-size GM vehicle. PFC aerosol is a Lanolin wax based product.

This product is not temporary; if you are looking for a product to keep rusting while in storage we would recommend using the afterblast.

Getting ready to refit a chrome strip on my recently painted car. The strip just clips onto a painted drip rail. Can this product be applied to the painted drip rail to protect it when the chrome strip may chip the paint rail during installation?

Ok I have a 13 model f150 supercab I have repaired the rust twice it is on the inside kick panels on both sides can I spray this on the paint/clear to slow rust down its eating from the inside out
This is designed more to be a preventative not a treatment. The Encpasulator wold be a much better option for this application.

This ins't really a product for storing bare metal. It is designed to be sprayed on the underside of your vehicle to protect against the winter elements. Is this a temporary product or does it last several years ? I f do you reapply every year or just specific locations ?
This product is a sacrificial coating which will need to be touched up from time to time. You would only need to reapply to areas which need extra protection.
