Does this give a clearly audible click and/or handle shift at its lower range? This seems to be an issue with some inch/pound click type wrenches--they don't give a clear indication when you've reached the set torque when working in lower range.
Even at a lower range once the set pressure is hit the head of the wrench will move to indicate the desired pressure is reached.
