Like powder-coat from a can!So far, the product seems to have worked incredibly. I just painted my calipers this past weekend so I can’t comment on longevity however they look like they have been power coated. The color and finish are perfect. I purchased two cans just in case but one was enough to do all fours calipers with multiple coats on my vehicle.

what's the minimal spray temperature in cold garage?
Asked by: GeoS
The ideal application temperature for the Eastwood 2K AeroSpray Brake Caliper Paint is between 70°F and 85°F. While it can technically be applied in colder conditions, such as in a cold garage, doing so may negatively impact the results and drying time. It is recommended to follow the manufacturer's guidelines for optimal performance

does the red match brembo red ?
Asked by: tasty
Brembo had/has a couple different shades of their Red. You would have to spray out and test if trying to exactly match this. Ours gives a close look.

Is a primer required or recommended prior to spraying the caliper with this paint?
Asked by: Ron1
No, caliper paint does not typically require a primer. Most caliper paints, including those offered by Eastwood, are designed to be applied directly to the surface of the brake calipers after proper cleaning and preparation. Eastwood High Temp Ceramic Caliper Paints: These paints come ready to apply out of the can and do not require a primer.
