Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great on my HF press. Great little tool for bending. I mostly use it for 1/8" aluminum for making catch cans and other small stuff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality and Performance Press Brake Attachment was received in great condition, well packaged, heavy, quality. I bought this to bend pieces of 11 gauge 1' wide metal into an octagon and it worked great. I added it to my Northern Tool 20 ton press and it's a great addition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great small brake for the home shop. Not much to say, I have used this brake to bend 1/4 x 3 material and it does the job with no heat required.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent results for a reasonable price! Performed perfect on the 3/16" thick x 2" plate steel project repeated multiple times for me. Nice and sharp corners created to my surprise. It will bend a bit past 90 degrees when you press to a complete stop so be sure to compensate and not assume automatic angle stop. Perfect for a small time fabricator like myself making professional results with this tool. I love it!

Questions & Answers

I have the Eastwood 20 ton shop press. The press comes with a 48 mm OD ram. The upper die mounting cup of this Eastwood brake is only 41 mm ID. The Eastwood ram obviously will not fit into the Eastwood brake mounting cup. How can they work together?

Asked by: Chewy922
All of our newer designed shop presses have a larger diameter ram and will not nest inside the press brake attachment. You can still use this set up together, but the ram will stay on top of the press brake cup not inside. Just like pressing many other things, the ram will set flush on top.

Could I bend a 1/2" flange on a piece of 14GA steel or would that flange width be too small?

Asked by: kckr
1/2" flange is too small for this tool. The minimum practically achievable flange width is approximately 1.16". To get a 1/2" flange with this tool I would recommend bending it and trimming down to 1/2".
