Good ProductSeems like a good product to have with your welding supplies. It did a good job cleaning my weld and I think there will be no chance of rust forming. The paint seemed to adhere to the metal well.
Yes, you can use POR-15 after applying Eastwood After Weld Panel Prep, but it’s important to follow the proper preparation steps.

Does after weld require neutralizing or washing off prior to applying epoxy primer?

Wipe area that you applied the after weld to with a clean rag. Than clean the area with something like our Pre Painting Solution.

does this product effect powder coat if used post blast pre-coating?

As long as after using this product you still use a wax and grease remover such as our Pre Painting prep you will be fine.
