The ALFe 3.5 is ideal for those that require high-end heat levels to release seized parts and panel bond adhesives from steel or aluminum, including bolts, graphics, auto glass, and stress relieving frame rails, and in fabrication.
A busy repair or restoration shop often requires extreme heat to perform difficult tasks. The ALFe 3.5® flameless heating system has the power and reliability needed to remove stubborn bolts, adhesives, moldings and auto glass. It’s so powerful, you can even relieve stress in frame rails and bend metals as part of custom fabrication. It heats both steel and aluminum to cover the vast majority of automotive metals, and the nine-minute duty cycle can handle pretty much any task in one shot — including windshield removal.
Use this heavy-duty induction heater tool to expand and soften metal without marring the surface like with an open-flame oxyacetylene torch. The ALFe 3.5 comes with a flow concentrator to aim heat at a small area, a glass blasting attachment for working on window glass and a Fast-Off Pad to remove adhesives and side moldings. A safety shut-off prevents the temperatures from getting too hot.
