Description
Spot Welding in the past had primarily been done by large resistance welders but can now be achieved with your TIG welder and the Eastwood Spot Welding Kit. Spot welding is accomplished by clamping two panels together and fusing them with a number of welds sequentially-placed rather than a continuous bead to hold the panels together. This is for 2 replacement nozzles for the kit. These nozzles with 17 Size TIG Torches.

It's a touchdown!
They look good and smell fresh. I have not used them yet but when the time comes I have complete confidence they will preform as intended. Also if you draw a little face on them and some vertical stripes they look like little referees.

Great for TIG beginner, help judge torch height
These are great for the tig beginner to help judge torch height and avoid doing the tip dip. These are much like training wheels. Wish I had these when I started!!

Great ideal for the intended purpose.
The video really dose not give you much to go on, but they do do the trick as long as your clean, have contact and don't have a scratch start welder. They do get dirty fast so keep them clean with acetone and a wire brush. I run my welder at about 75-80 amps. Lincoln square wave 200. Wont work with the gas lens thread.

This is designed for our TIG machines. We utilize a standard WP-17 style torch. We have a settings chart listed in the instruction manual for our machines which can also be found on our website underneath our TIG welder pages.

will this work on the mp200i multi process welder units tig torch?
Since the mp200i is a scratch start TIG these spot weld nozzles would not be able to work as intended. These should be used on a High Frequency start machine.
