Are these circuit boards prone to frequent failures? I see you offer two different boards, should I plan to keep both in my parts inventory because of frequent failures?
Not typically. The vast majority of these units we sell never see a failure. If you have an issue with the welder under the 3 year warranty we will certainly get you a replacement out at no cost ASAP.
