Can I mix this color in basecoat using carbon metallic and tunnel ram gray metallic

As long as the paints mixed are both same: 4:1 Basecoats or 3:1SSU then yes, its completely fine to do.

What fluid tip is recommended to spray this product?

For metallics we recommend to use anywhere from a 1.4mm-1.6mm works best. Air pressure should be regulated between 25-30psi at the regulator attached to the bottom of your paint gun with the trigger fully depressed.
