The Concours LT provides great atomization and wide spray pattern at an economical price. The LT has excellent transfer efficiency with little over-spray. Aluminum anodized body for chemical and paint resistance. Brass machined air cap, stainless steel passages and durable construction for years of reliable service. Compatible with solvent and waterborne coatings. Includes 1.3mm nozzle size, with optional sizes available separately. Includes plastic cup, cleaning and kit. Is there a smaller tip than the 1.5 for this gun. If not, will a third party smaller tip work on it?

The Eastwood LT 100 comes with a 1.3 mm tip installed. There is a 1.5mm, 1.7mm and a 2.0 mm needle nozzle set available for purchase. Tech Support may have 1.3mm set available if you lost or damaged it. Please call 1-800-343-9353 press 3 for Tech.

The air control screw was not on the gun when I pulled it out of the box. I found it and screwed it back in however the air output seems very week and turning the air control screw makes no difference in the output. Is there a problem with the air contrl

5/16"is the minimum ID recommended. Ideally, we want to see more like 1/2" or larger.

My compressor runs at 6.6 cfm @ 40psi with a 13 gallon tank. Is this enough for small furniture projects with this gun?

Your compressor should be able to keep up fine with this gun - it only requires 4.5CFM @ 30psi.
