As advertised, but maybe a little over priced.
They work great and are super easy to install inline with you're air system. That being said you can definitely find the same product quite a bit cheaper elsewhere.

does it matter which end is connected to the spray gun.....or universal?
Look on the physical piece itself, if there is no arrow directing you to which way the air flows, then no, it would not matter. But as I see it, in my opinion, it can only go one way as there is a male and female end.

Is this the filter assembly listed in your do it yourself powder coating kit manual as a moisture filter for that gun? The manual gives a part number of 34066 which doesn't show any results on your search engine.

Referencing the disposable in line air filter...... How long does this "disposable" piece last approximately? Is it a one shot deal? There is no reference in the ad to its longevity. Thanks!
The life of the disposable filters are very difficult to predict. Since different compressor setups emit different moisture levels they wear at different rates. We can not give an estimation of the lifespan of this product.
