Easy to install.
Exact copy and easy to install - however, this is the third one. They break too easily and I'm just a hobby-welder - not a professional who puts the machine through any kind of tough use. It's a shame they can't be made more durable.

Easy swap out.
My motor block broke where the gas hose connected from the regulator. Replacement took me about 20 minutes. Everything works like new now. Great!!!

Perfect replacement, fair pricing!

Great part, hard to find.
The part itself is great. My issue was that there was no way to find that part on your web site so I make sure it was what I needed. It turned out all I needed was the arm that has the pinch wheel in it, not the whole assembly. I am also surprised that there is not a kit to replace the plastic assembly with a metal assembly that came in the later 175 mig models.

Pro; Exact replacement, 10 minute install
Con; shipping cost more than the part, both the original and replacement part are cheap plastic which is why it broke to begin with , wish they made a upgrade kit

The part came exactly as it should no problems or defects . Now if only they change these to the new metal ones instead of plastic it would be 100% but other than that it was good to get my welder back and running

Please change the mig welders wire feed mechanism to metal instead of plast
Great welder the mig 175 but the draw back is component failure, I have only run four small spools of wire through it and I’ve had to replace the gas trigger valve under warranty and now the plastic wire feeder mechanism.

i have an older 12012 eastwood 175 mig welder. i just ordered a 20685 replacement drive motor block due to the one in my Machine is broken in two pieces. reason why don’t know. is there Any work instructions to prevent this from happening again.

Looking for a stronger, preferably metal arm that holds the roller. Will a 12012 fit instead of a 20685 block on my Eastwood 175.
No, the upgraded metal types are not compatible with the older plastic equipped models.
