Great saw but in need of a fix.
blades great! but the saw is not cutting right, I sent some pictures showing the problems as to why the saw is cutting off 90 degs. to your tech team who said they would get back in a couple of days and have gotten no response, I hope you can help me with this problem really like Eastwood products.

Great OEM Replacement Blade.
Always good to have a spare blade when the one in use does not cut as well anymore. Quick and easy replacement with the supplied Allen wrench and the job can continue uninterrupted.

Great saw blade, but can't be used on hard steel
My mini saw is a voracious beast when it comes to cutting metal and this saw blade is at the heart of it. Unfortunately my son tried to cut some hardened steel with it, destroying the blade that came with the saw. Needless to say this new blade will be guarded from such activity.

Cuts like a MoFo!
Working with 4 x 6 x 1/4" steel I-Beams; cuts like crazy! 1st one dulled after about about 20 cuts but hopefully I can sharpen it up. Wish I would have bought several more when the were on sale for $11.

This saw looks awesome, thinking of buying one. I clicked on Eastwood's SDS link for the blade, but couldn't find its part number in the list (31664). Could you post a direct link to the SDS?
The Eastwood number for the mini metal saw blade is 31665. There is no MSDS sheet for this blade under the Eastwood SDS link.

could it be used with a 4 1/2" grinder? I know it says 7000 rpm.
It is not recommended to use the 4.5" carbide tipped metal cutting blade(31665) on a 4.5" angle grinder as the average speed of these grinders is 10,000+ rpm free speed and could cause the carbide tips to separate and fly off. You would also need to remove the disc guard to fit this blade on a grinder which is not a safe act.

Will this cut stainless Sheetmetal?
Yes, this saw will cut through about 2mm Stainless. Cut slow and use cutting oil.

Can this blade cut stainless steel 304 & 316 grades, if so up to what gauge?
This blade is for cutting Mild Steel, Aluminum and Brass up to 1-5/8 thick.

I’m looking for a replacement blade lock screw. I realize it’s left-hand threaded but my son didn’t.
I know that they have the screw as, mine saw was missing it. Contacted Eastwood received one in just a few days.

Can it be used for A2 or O1 tool steel of, let's say, 3/8" thick?
Unfortunately, The Mini Metal Saw will not be able to cut through this harden steel.
