Instructions
Mixing: Shake can Vigorously for at least one minute before use with occasionally during use.
Spray Passes: Apply two medium coats. Aproximate can coverage is 6 sq. ft. For best results, use between 70-90 degrees F (21-32 degrees C).
Spray Distance: Keep nozzle 8-10 inches from substrate.
Drying Time: Allow 1-2 hours in between coats. Allow 24 hours for full cure.
Storage: After painting turn can upside down and spray for two seconds to clear nozzle of paint, Discard empty can in trash, do not incinerate or compact.

Is Eastwood Textured Under Hood Black UV stable?
This coating will have some slight UV stability but should not be constantly subjected to sunlight as it will cause issues.

Can this coating be painted over? And if so, what kind of paints/primers would be compatible. Thanks
Technically we can only guarantee compatibility with what we offer. We recommend using either A Seld Etching or an Epoxy primer. As far as topcoats, our lacquers and urethanes would be best.

YES. This product has an underhold temperature rating of 450 degrees.
