Invaluable Tool
This tool has made quick work of cleaning my buff wheels, I also use it to dress new buff wheels before use. Frequent cleaning of the buff wheel prevents inducing new scratches while getting to that final polish. I use to use a hacksaw blade but this cleans deep into the buff wheel.

I've been using coarse grit sandpaper to clean the buffing wheels but it's not very efficient. This thing gets the job done fast - easy to slap together and easy to use.
