Application Tips
Ensure backing pad or sanding block is dry, clean and free of debris. Use Eastwood PRE Painting Prep to wipe down the surface. Peel paper backing from sandpaper. Center and apply paper to sanding block or backing pad, press firmly.

Is the backing on this sandpaper PSA or hook and loop?
They are considered PSA. You would need to peel the back off before use.

DO YOU HAVE TO WE SAND EASTWOOD PRIMER PAINT FOR CHASSIS BLACK?
This depends, every primer will have an "open window" in which to apply paint without sanding. If you go past this window you will have to sand to ensure a mechanical bond.
