Its large 8" diameter, along with smooth strength and power, lets this Ingersoll Rand Air-Geared Orbital Sander work quickly to remove heavy material and body filler on large, flat surfaces, leaving a clean, swirl-free finish. Dual-action pad motion with a 5/32" orbit. Lever throttle lessens the pressure on your palm. Long-life, low-vibration performance and balanced ball-bearing construction. SPECIFICATIONS: HP: 0.25; Max. Free Speed: 825 RPM; Pad Diameter: 8"; Orbit Diameter: 5/32"; Average Air Consumption: 4 CFM; Air Consumption At Load: 16 CFM; Vacuum-Ready: No; Air Inlet: 1/4" NPTF; Min. Hose Size: 3/8".

Safety Information

Always wear appropriate eye protection. Do not exceed recommended PSI. Hold tool securely (2-handed operation is recommended). Keep loose clothing, jewelry and long hair away from rotating components. Use only with specific "impact-rated" sockets, adapters and accessories for Impact wrench. Always make sure the work piece is securely clamped or anchored. Always disconnect tool from air supply when changing sockets, blades, bits or other accessories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from sander is awesome! This 8" sander is absolutely a necessity for the body man or like me doing a restoration job on a 1996 ford f350 with a lot of dents. I just wish I ordered it earlier from Eastwood. Every tool I have gotten from Eastwood has been a excellent experience. I'm very happy with this tool and all my other tools I have ordered from Eastwood.

Is this a hook & loop pad and do you carry replacement pad for it and if so what is the price of it ?  I'm starting a body shop looking to buy more tools and I've bought tools for this type work from you before but I need more ? My E-Mail is s1964mcintyre

This has a pad for adhesive paint. There is not hook and loop pad for it.
