Description
Set of 4 Heavy-Duty Auto Dollies designed to assist in moving automobiles, trucks, boat trailers, tractors, jet skis, motorcycles, airplanes, and most heavy vehicles with ease, The Auto Dolly is placed under each tire of the vehicle, making the vehicle a rolling cart that will now roll in any direction with ease. The large 2-1/2" diameter by 1-5/8" wide composite roller bearing swivel casters prevent damage to painted floors. Each Auto Dolly is rated at 2,500lbs. Measures 16" wide x 16" long. Made of 1/4" plate steel. Made in USA.

all purpose Merrick dolleys
They work great. Slid my 1968 Chevy pickup sideways myself with the help of two pulleys and rope. Truck was too heavy to do myself. The packaging could be more durable. Lost a castor in transit. Recieved another castor in 3 days. Right now got the engine setting on one.

worked better than expected
I bought this set to move my 1981 Corvette around in the shop to make room for another car. Easy to assemble caster. I can easily move the car side to side by my self, however, moving forwards and backwards requires two people. I left the car setting on the dollies for days to see how the casters held up. They held up fine with no problems.

They can handle 2500lb each I have no doubt. I put them under my 1 ton Dodge 4x4 with the Cummins in it and they didn't flex and the castors didn't fold. However I was unable to push it around due to the weight. I would not recommend using an impact to attach the castors as they are a little soft and I stripped the threads on one.

Great Product
These are very heavy duty dollies and well worth the money! I purchased a cheap version of these dollies from Harbor Freight and they didn't last beyond their first use. Great product made in the USA! I would highly recommend these to anyone.

Can these be used to move a vehicle over asphalt?
These dollies have large composite roller 2.5" diameter X 1.65" wide and will roll nicely on smooth asphalt. Course surface asphalt with cracks and loose gravel is detrimental to the longevity of the rollers.

Can you store a vehicle on the dollies for extended periods
Yes they can support your vehicle indefinitely.

Can you use these wheel dollies with the wheels removed---sitting it down on the drum housing? Trying to lower the height of a small travel trailer to get it under my garage door.
These wheel dollies should not be used with the wheels removed.

I need something like this to allow me to move my 69 Plymouth GTX once it's in the garage. Weight wise I know these will work, I'm just wondering if I'll be able to move the car by myself?
It would be easy to move the vehicle on these dollies fro side to side, but forward and backwards typically takes 2 people to do.

How long can you leave a vehicle on the dollies?
These dollies are storage dollies, so you should be able to store your vehicle for as long as you wish.

These dollies do not have a locking function. They are designed to be used on a level smooth shop floor.
