Great itemGreat system, used it with expoy paint and never had any fumes. I would recommend this to anyone, not comerical grade but for the hobbist it perfect.

Can I use a regular garden hose for extra lenght with the hobby air system?

The hose on the HobbyAir System is designed with material specified to move breathing air. We do not recommend using a garden hose to move breathing air as the chemical properties of the garden hose are unknown..Additional HobbyAir hose can be obtained by contacting customer service at 1-800-343-9353

I have a full face beard. Will this work over a beard?

Use the air supplied hood with facial hair, a seal is not as important as either of the commenters indicate, it is a constant positive pressure system so a leak would have to be massive to be an issue. The hoods don't even have a seal just elastic around the neck area. The air supply is more than sufficient to prevent anything in your booth from entering the breathing zone.

I wear glasses all the time, and I am not willing to wear contacts, will this prevent a good seal around my face, or is wearing glasses not a problem.

Absolutely false, the entire reason full face masks were developed in the first place was for people with glasses. Hobby Air has a kit specifically for eyeglass wearers. Spectacle Kit for Full Face Mask
SKU: 12128. Another option is to buy your system with a hood instead of a mask, then you don't need the eyeglass kit or worrying about getting or maintaining a mask seal.
