Using Eastwood powders such as HotCoat Translucent Purple Powder Coat is far superior to liquid coatings. They provide an extremely durable finish that is chip-resistant. All powders are formulated from the highest quality materials that are chemical- and fuel-resistant. They are suitable for any metal surface and cure at a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes after flow-out. Our powders are also durable enough for under-hood applications since they are heat-resistant up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Safety Information
When applying powder always apply it in a well ventilated area away from heat sparks and open flame.
Always use a respirator rated for dust while applying powder. Always store powders in cool
(less than 80 degrees Fahrenheit) dry (60 percent or less humidity) well ventilated area away from heat sparks and open flame.
CLEAN - Thoroughly strip and clean your metal part before coating. We recommend Eastwood Pre Painting Prep.
COAT - Apply using Eastwood DIY HotCoat Gun 11671A or the Eastwood Dual Voltage HotCoat Gun 11676.
CURE - Cure the part in an electric oven for recommended time. NEVER use an oven that is used for food.
Application Note: Final appearance of Translucent and Candy powders will be affected by applied powder thickness, substrate and application techniques.

Great ProductVery easy to use, just spray according to directions for powder and the type of coating gun. Then bake for 20 minutes @400 degrees. Works great for coating cast bullets to help with barrel leading issues.

Not good for me at allDidn't stick at all to my slugs like the blue did. Very disappointed. All slugs was cast at the same time so no reason why it stuck great to the blue and pink but not the grape. Even the green apple stuck a little better but not much
