I have an MP250i and understand that .023 wire cannot be used as the 15-foot Mig torch is too long and the thin .023 will kink. I would like to use the 8-foot 20570 Mig torch to elevate this problem. How can I get the .023 drive wheels?

Is there an .023-.025 drive roller that will fit the Eastwood MP250i welder (old model)? My welder has setting information for using .023-.025 solid MiG wire and I would like to use it to weld sheet metal. Thanks in advance for any information
I have an MP250i and also want the option to use .023 wire for thinner sheet metal. If I get the 20570 8-foot MIG torch why can't the thinner .023 work without kinking? This appears to address the concern noted above. How do I get a .023 wheels? Seems like a nice upgrade option to offer. The 20570 8-foot MIG torch with .023 wheels.

Will this torch gun #20570 fit the MP250i welder? Also, will the #20319 drive roller fit the MP250i? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
The 20570 torch will fit the MP250i and work fine, but it is shorter at 8ft length than the 14.8ft 21181 torch which is the direct replacement for the MP250i.
The 20319 drive roller will not fit the MP250i.

The torch you need for your MP250i would be Eastwood part number (21181). this is a 15 foot long torch that has the proper plug to match your welder.

I would like to upgrade the whole gun someday. What is compatible with the Mig 250?
Local welding supply stores can hook you up with a Tweeco compatible torch if you live in the states and tweeco consumables are everywhere
