Wet/Dry
Dry Use
All sandpaper manufacturers have gone to the P-Grit standard, which is what we list for all papers sold on the Eastwood site. The difference between the two systems is negligible for coarser grits, 240 and lower numbers are the same in either system. In the upper, finer numbered grits it it very different, the old 1000 grit would be considered between 2000 and 2500 in the new system. You can use this chart to compare the 2 numbers, and also see what the size of the typical abrasive grain is for each grade.
