Will it work for hardie backer siding and is it flexible
Evercoat Z Grip Skim Coat Body Filler(31155ZP) is an excellent filler designed a formulated for automotive body repair. Unfortunately we do not have performance date for this product being used on Hardi Board. You may want to contact Evercoat at 1-513-489-7600 for details pertaining to your use of their product.

Can this material be used as wood filler?
Evercoat's approved substrates for ZGrip are steel, galvanized and other zinc-coated steel, SMC, fiberglass, and aluminum. I would not recommend applying it to wood.

Can this be used directly over Epoxy primer and if so does the primer have to be scuffed?
This may be applied over Epoxy primer. If the primer is within 5 days of being sprayed you do not have to scuff. Anything after 5 days will need to be scuffed.

Will this stick to bondo
As long as your body filler has been sanded to ensure a mechanical bond this will adhere.
