Increase tire and fender clearance, flare fenders and or repair wheel arch collision damage with this pro grade forming tool. Bolts directly to hub flange. Elongated holes in adapter plate fit all popular 4 and 5 bolt hubs, and are held in place with the included dished washers and vehicles lug nuts. It will accommodate up to a 120.6 mm (4.75 inch) 4 and 5 lug bolt circles. Forming arm adjusts from 14 inch to 22 3/4 inch Delrin ball bearing forming roller is tough enough to form the fender without damaging the paint. To prevent paint from cracking when forming wheel arches gently heat the paint before forming. We recommend the Heat Pro Deluxe Variable Temperature Heat Gun Kit (43522). Limited one year warranty. Non-returnable. if defective we will replace the tool.

Our 25271 Truck/Porsche Adapter is for larger applications. It will accommodate up to a 140mm (5.5") 5 lug bolt circle and up to a 152.4mm (6") 6 lug pattern.

The Eastwood # 31158 Fender Roller has slotted holes and will accommodate up to a 120.6 mm (4.75") 4 and 5 lug bolt circles. The adjustability ranges from a minimum of 15-1/4" hub center to edge of roller to a maximum of 21-1/2" hub center to edge of roller. Our # 25271 Adapter is for larger applications and must be used with our # 31158 Fender Roller. It will accommodate up to a 140mm (5.5") 5 lug bolt circle and up to a 152.4mm (6") 6 lug pattern.

Q: Will the Fender Roller fit all passenger cars? A: For the most part, yes. Vehicles with larger hubs, such as trucks, VWs and Porsches will require the hub adapter #25271 Q: Will it work on all fenders? A: Yes, except dual thickness flanged fenders, mostly found on the rear of full sized cars, such as an 87 Grand National. Q: What range will it extend? A: from the center of the hub to the roller it will go 15.25" to 20.5"

Make sure vehicle is secure before removing wheels. Use quality jack stands and wheel chocks. Always wear eye, skin and respiratory protection.
