Great Fabrication Tool
This is a very handy fabrication tool to have in the shop. Not only is it great for welding 90 degree and T joints, but the 3rd axis is key when fabricating tables, carts, etc. where 3D becomes important since 1 degree off at the connection can be a significant offset on the other end.

Great tool addition
This 3 axis welding clamp is a perfect addition to my shop. The quality is is very robust , easy to operate and metal alignment in it is perfect all the time. Wish I had this tool years ago,!!

Does this vice work good with miter cuts?
The 3 Axis welding clamp will work well for the miter joints.

Can this be used for angle iron?
While we have never tested with angle iron it should work. It may be a bit finicky to lock in place due to the shape of the angle iron. You may be better suited with angle magnets for angle iron. https://www.eastwood.com/arrow-welding-magnet-fabrication-holder.html
