Airless Plastic Welder Model 7 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bang for your buck! I have used Nitrogen welders in the past , they $3000 up to $6000 , they do have instant heat but you pay for it, the airless welder takes a few minutes to warm up but cost savings is worth few extra minutes to wait, I highly recommend this, I used this to weld plastic bumper on 2015 fusion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good All Around Plastic Welder I bought this a few years ago to repair a plastic radiator that epoxy wouldn't. The welder paid for itself and was easy to learn.

Can I purchase additional tips for this welder? I purchased the kit 2 weeks ago. THanks!

Asked by: CCfurniture
Unfortunately since this is an off the shelf item from US chemical we do not offer any accessory tips.

Do you sell the replacement filler rods? I'm running out!

We do not sell replacement filler rods for this item. However, they are readily available all over the internet (amazon, Ebay, etc...)

Hi there, do you supply these in a 220-240 volt version for the rest of the world? I imagine they have the speed tip included? Thanks.

Asked by: stokie
Unfortunately we do not have them in a 220/240v version. You would need to purchase a 110-220 adapter to run it

Will this work on vertical welds or do the pieces have to be horizontal (like on a table)?

Asked by: CharmCityGuy
There's no specific limitation on what type of welds can be done. It depends on the piece you're working on.
