Description
ATK HP291P Chevy 350 Base Engine, or Stage 1 Engine, is designed for those that may have their own component parts already and who also are interested in completing out the build themselves. A GM base engine typically consists of the following: Short Block, Camshaft, Timing set, Cylinder heads, Valve covers, Timing cover, oil pan, oil pump & pick up tube.
Engine Specifications:
Classic 350 with great street manners, and vacuum for all your power accessories. Your engine may not necessarily come with all components listed, but they are listed as our recommendations of parts to run for optimal performance.

Will this ATK engine fit a 1956 Chevy 150 Handyman Wagon, where a Small block 400 C.I, is currently installed and running ? Trans is a TH400.
The 350 should easily replace any chevy small block. The challenge is will the bell housing bolt hole line up.

I purchased a atk 291hp and it has about 2500 miles on it and there is a rotating sqeek near the distributor not belts or the distributor tried them both iam stumped

Will this work for a 1964 Impala convertible
Yes this engine will fit your 1963 Chevy Impala. Minor alterations may be necessary.

Will this fit in my 1976 Delta 88
Yes the Chevy 350ci V8 will fit in the engine bay of the 1976 Olds 88, but there will be extensive modifications necessary to make it work such as electrical, exhaust system, fuel system, engine mounts, cooling system and A/C system upgrades.
The 1976 Olds 88 came with the Oldmobile Rocket 350ci or 455ci engines from the factory.

I have a 1993 2500 Chevrolet Silverado with the 5.7L and I want to upgrade. Will your engine be an easy swap. I also want to upgrade the throttle body and intake, what do you suggest?
The Eastwood ATK HP291PChevy Base Engine will fit your vehicle and may require minor fabrication for linkages and fuel system items. We would recommend the Holley HP EFI 4bbl, Multi Port Fuel Injection System (22861) as this is a complete kit that includes the Single Plane Manifold the Throttle body, the multi port Injectorsand all necessary hardware & wiring.
