What products do I need to change interior hard plastic dash panels besides the paint? I see you have an adhesion promoter, but should I use anything else for prep before I paint?
Asked by: CudaRescue
You will want to scuff up the surface, then wipe it down with a plastic cleaner. You will then apply an adhesion promoter and then topcoat with your paint.

I have tried other vinyl paints with proper steps and it still ended up peeling off within days of use. My question is, how well does this flex and "stick"? Will be painting the center console hatch in my jeep so it will obviously get some good wear.
Asked by: Chris
You will want to use the colorbond adhesion promoter which is item 16314z which provides a flex agent and excellent adhesion.

What is the coverage like; for example if I were to do the front and rear seats of my 95 F350 Crew cab would 2 cans be enough or would I require more?
Asked by: Jalopyfreak
Since the approximate coverage is 6 sq ft all we can recommend is for you to measure the seat in question to help judge the number of cans you'll need.

Can this be used to change the color of the interior? I have some tan door panels that I would like black. Thanks!
Asked by: Jveesart
You can certainly change the color of your interior, you will just want to scuff the surface down and prep it correctly and the new interior paint can be applied.

Will the color come out onto your clothing during temperature or weather changes?
