While this primer appears to be best for bare metal, can this primer be applied over existing coatings? I want to prime a door and make the whole door a uniform color, and I do not need to sand the whole door down to bare metal.
Asked by: Jack
I would like to use this product on a horse drawn buggy I am restoring. So it would be used on a mixture of wood and metal parts including light leaf springs. Is this product flexible enough for this application? Thank you.
