Hydraulic dollies eventually deflate and lets the wheel back down

Well built. Cylinders are of questionable quality.
The rack and dollies are well built. My complaint is that two of the hydraulic cylinders have begun to malfunction . One of them has never worked and the other began to fail after only a couple uses. I have only had them a couple months.
