Description
This kit includes an additional 10 dies to use with any bead roller with a 3/4" turned end shaft.
The Eastwood Motorized Bead Roller Forming Dies Feature:
- Create offset flanges, contours, deep channels, and style lines
- Use with any 3/4" shaft bead roller
- Manufactured of CR12 steel with a Rockwell hardness of 35 HRC
With these additional dies on your bead roller you can create offset flanges, contours, deep channels, and style lines. This kit also includes a polyurethane lower “skate board” wheel, which can be used with a variety of upper dies. The dies included in this kit are inside and outside offset dies, 3/8 and 1/2 inch tipping dies, round and knife edge tipping dies, 180 degree lower die, lower edge forming die and a lower forming die. All are made of CR12 steel with a Rockwell hardness of 35 HRC.

Examples of metal contours that can be created with die combinations
The following images illustrate only some of the many contour configurations that can be created in metal by combining the dies in this kit. There are many more that can be created with your imagination.
A good tip is to experiment with some stiff bodied paper or chip-board that is close in thickness to the gauge of metal you wish to use. This will enable you to determine the metal contour that will result from your experimental combination without wasting metal.

Quality well thought out dies
Works great for the Eastwood electric Bead roller. Make sure you double check the arbor size to make sure it will fit your bead roller

Are these the same dies used in the the set for the manual bead roller? Yes hese have adapter sleeves, but are the dies themselves the same?
Yes, the only difference is the inclusion of two adapter sleeves.

Is the only difference between the motorized bead set and non motorized bead set the sleeves Or ,does the die set actually have a ID of 3/4" inch?

Just like Joe B., Is Eastwood is going to sell the adapter sleeves as a separate item vs. only in the kit? I have purchased many dies that fit the Eastwood 22mm bead rollers and I don't want to start over if I upgrade my bead roller. Thanks.
We do not currently plan to offer adapters, but you could certainly have some fabricated.

Will this kit work with a Woodward Fab 24 inch motorized bead roller?
We can not guarantee fitment with units other than our own. It is designed to work with our motorized options that have a 3/4" shaft. These can be returned within 90 days of the purchase date.

Will these die's work on a baileigh br-18e-36 ?
You will have to modify the adapter. Baileigh has 1- 1/2" of 3/4" before the shoulder, Eastwood is only 5/8" of 3/4" before the shoulder. I had to machine {2} 15/16" long inserts and press them into the back side of the adapters so end cap screws would tighten up the adapters.

Will your bead roller die set work on the baileigh 18E-36 bead roller?
We only test our dies with the Eastwood Bead Roller. The dies are designed to fit 22mm shafts.
